on First come First served basis! There are only so many
available roster spots for each team and Berlin Dolphins
Football reserves the right to deny membership if no roster spot
is currently available. Filling out a registration form does not
guarantee a roster spot!
Steps To Joining The Berlin Dolphins:
- Sign Up First By Getting Your Registration Form By
Clicking Here
- Have Your Parents Fill It Out
- Have A Physical & Your Doctor Fill Out The Included
Physical Form
- Turn In Your Registration Form To Berlin Dolphins
Administration With payment of $75.00
- Report To Training Camp Practice Field On August 4th
2008 at Buckingham Elementary!
